We are able to call up detailed customer records at the touch of a button on our service software programme. This latest technology enables us to see at a glance all of the equipment installed at any site along with details of warranties, maintenance contracts and previous service visit history. Any service requests can now be entered quickly and accurately in accordance with individually agreed service levels.

Stertil can tailor a maintenance contract to meet even the most demanding of requirements from our customers. Whether you are seeking a basic service to cover your minimum legal requirements at the lowest price possible, or need a full preventative maintenance service to minimise breakdowns throughout the year we have a contract which will meet your needs.

Breakdown Repairs
Correctly maintained equipment rarely suffers from breakdowns, however from time to time a breakdown may occur. Stertil Stokvis is able to offer customers a fast response to breakdown repairs and our factory trained and equipped service technicians carry a comprehensive range of replacement parts enabling us to make operational repairs to over 90% of Stertil products in just one visit.
Only Stertil Stokvis is able to offer this level of service as we are the sole distributors of Stertil replacement parts in the UK. Stertil Stokvis is also able to service and repair all makes of Dock Levellers, Scissor Lifts, Wheel Restraints, Industrial Doors, Rapid Roll Doors, Roller Shutters and related products.
