Stertil Dock manual vehicle restraint system

Stertil Dock Products UK, a leader in loading bay technology, is excited to announce the launch of its latest innovation, the Electric WHEELCHOK System.

This state-of-the art electric wheel chock is designed to improve safety, enhance efficiency, and deliver a cost-effective solution for warehouses and distribution centres of all sizes.

The cutting-edge WHEELCHOK System combines a durable design, advanced safety features, and seamless integration capabilities.

At its core, it prevents vehicle creep and driveaways during loading and unloading, safeguarding both goods and personnel.

Advanced Safety Features and Seamless Integration

To maximise safety and control, the WHEELCHOK is supplied with an external traffic light and features an integral STOP sign, providing drivers with clear, unambiguous instructions to prevent accidental vehicle movement.

Inside the building, an intuitive control box equipped with visual warning lights and an internal alarm ensures operational security by allowing activation and deactivation only by authorised personnel.

The Electric WHEELCHOK System also integrates seamlessly with Stertil’s multiple control systems, enabling interlocking with dock levellers and loading bay doors.

This synchronisation reduces human error and streamlines workflows, further enhancing operational efficiency.

Weighing just 15 kg and featuring a convenient stow-away holder, the WHEELCHOK is lightweight yet robust. Its spiral cable, which extends up to 5 metres, provides flexibility in placement and operation.

Constructed from galvanised steel, it guarantees long-term durability, whilst an optional anti-skid PE rubber base adds stability, minimising the risk of accidental dislodgement.

A Reliable Addition to Stertil’s Wheel Chock & Vehicle Restraint Solutions

Engineered for versatility and ease of use, the Electric WHEELCHOK is suitable for all types of vehicles and wheel sizes, making it an adaptable solution for diverse operations.

Certified to both UKCA and CE standards, the system meets the highest safety requirements for industrial applications.

"The Electric WHEELCHOK System is a valuable addition to our range of wheel chocks and vehicle restraint solutions," said Andrew Georgiou, General Manager of Stertil Dock Products UK.

"By combining innovative safety features, ease of operation, and affordability, we’re providing businesses of all sizes with a reliable and safe solution for their loading bays.”
