Download BrochureThe Stertil® hydraulic self-adjusting weight compensation system allows the VARIFLEET® leveller to automatically adapt between parcel vans and commercial vehicles. It detects pressure on the platform and adjusts downward forces by up to 150 kg, reducing strain on the vehicle floor.
For vans and other lightweight vehicles, this prevents suspension damage while ensuring the lip rests securely on the vehicle floor.
The VARIFLEET® leveller has a standard width of 2,000 mm, designed for commercial vehicle floors. Its mid-section measures 1,250 mm, while the two side sections are 350 mm each. The telescopic lip extends 1,000 mm.
For smaller vehicles, the middle section extends fully into the cargo space, while the narrower side sections align with the vehicle’s rear, ensuring a secure and stable connection.

The VARIFLEET® has a high quality steel platform & tear plate lip with anti-corrosion coating, a galvanised frame and other components, and the Stertil® Hydraulic System.
The VARIFLEET® control box is compact and intuitive. In its parked position, the leveller is set for commercial vehicles, with the lip extending to its full width of 2,000 mm. Pressing the LED button activates the smaller lip program for vans and lightweight vehicles, illuminating the button
The middle section of the lip extends outward based on the vehicle’s length and height, while the width adjusts to 1,250 mm. The side sections of the VARIFLEET® also activate to close any gaps, ensuring maximum safety and preventing items from falling through.
After use, the VARIFLEET® lip automatically returns to its fully extended width, and the LED button turns off.
